Industry Office is the redevelopment of a 102,600 SF commercial facility consisting of approximately 9,400 SF of retail/restaurant space and 93,200 of flex/office incubator space. The space hosts professionals in a creative, collaborative community and aims to spark sweeping changes to the city’s northern gateway.

The development has been a catalyst for economic development and job creation in Denver’s underserved, low-income RINO (River North) community. The project has received letters of support from both the governor’s and mayor’s office and secured a $1MM loan from the office of Economic Development, which identified Industry as a “key strategic project” in its plan to provide loans to stir business development and employment in the area. 450-550 jobs expected to be created for clerical, service, program specialists and executives.
